Bicycles with red graphics (+ Bike Hotel) are for the exclusive use of hotel guests.
Bicycles with blue graphics (+ Bike Urban) are for use by anyone who wishes following the procedure.

Register or login.

Once the registration is complete, the App shows the main page through which you can access all the features. This page shows your position by indicating the bikes in possession. You can enter an address in the bar at the top to check if there are bikes in that area.

To access the payment section, click the MENU icon at the bottom left: select PASS to access the subscriptions menu, select a subscription and make the payment. No deposit is required.

Important: to use the service, both for withdrawal and deposit, the Bluetooth and data connection of your mobile phone must be activated. No Wifi.

For withdrawal: click the [-] button of the App. Frame the Qrcode placed on the handlebar: after a few moments the lock opens autonomously.

For the deposit: open the App. Manually close the padlock: press the blue button at the bottom with the padlock symbol, confirm.

To report a bike failure: click the bell icon and select the type of failure.

To consult the list of your uses: click on the MENU symbol and select HISTORY.

The bike must be deposited in an appropriate public area and in such a way that it is not in the way (no green areas, car parking area, path for the blind, driveways, narrow sidewalks and similar situations).
Users who do not have this attention and those who keep the bike in use will be disabled:
- over the daily limit of 300 actual minutes of use
- or have exceeded the time limit of the paid subscription.

Any request for rehabilitation will require the payment of a penalty of € 5.00.

Those who take possession of the bicycle using their own locking methods or following proven voluntary damage will be permanently disabled.
