This app is trash. I always have problems with the app. The latest update: it doesn't remember my login info. I try to say "forgot the password" and there is no way to recover passwords is you don't have a debit/credit card. Why????? I just use my accounts to pay for things like taxes while living outside and their support say "come to the bank, get a new card then you'll get access to your money". Are you freaking kidding me? The first thing I'm going to do next time I visit- close my accounts!

I didn't like the new updated interface. UX was not the best. I don't need loans nor credit cards. What I need the most is transfer between accounts, get money with qr code, and instant payments. Currently, the interface is cluttered with an overload of information that I find unnecessary, such as loan and credit card offers. Simplification and focus on essential functions would enhance the usability for me.

My overall experience has been terrible, the bank and its payment system are extremely unreliable. The latest update simply locked me out of the app, so I literally can't use its services anymore! It doesn't launch without providing a lot of extra personal data and additional biometry, even though I'm a long time client already! Just a cherry on top of the awful service that regularly doesn't work. Basically a scam, I will be leaving this nonsense asap.
