Always shift back to your current location for advance booking. Try to turn off the location and turn on again, still can't choose the pick-up location that you want.

we used to be able to search address in English but it's all gone. and the location search is limited!! even I tried to get chinese location I cannot find it. painful!!

It takes forever to load and even there taxis available near you, you still can't call it! When you try to call the call center. nobody answers! Useless if you're in a hurry!
