Ratings and reviews

Basic functions works well, but the app ui design, wireframe, etc. needs more improvements. The buttons, design needs more consistentcy to reduce confusion for new users. Could also make improvements on ui scaling sizes so it looks neat. Finally, some section needs more context info, like the 'select vehicle' part, so it's easy to understand what's it for.

Improve the USER Interface design.. so cluttered with information, too many small wordings, confusing button & icons, poor choices of colors which overall makes it difficult to read understand.. make it simple to view, scan and absorb information quick and easy.. The UI absolutely needs to be redesigned.

It happened a few times to me, where after I paid for an hr of parking fee, the system there still indicated as 'not paid', tried restarting the phone or clearing the app, still the same status, and when i proceeded to make payment for an hr, it then indicated that i paid for 2 hours, please fix this glitch so that ur customer dont have to pay additionally
