Don't buy this grill, Don't waste your time. Grill temperatures are unstable and uncontrollable, you will spend more time trying get the temperature just right and also trying to figure out why the app won't connect to your WiFi even when standing next to the modem, then actually grilling. App is not user friendly. You CAN NOT choose your wifi or Bluetooth device out of a line up, the app randomly picks the strongest signal in your area even if that signal isn't your's, app crash all the time.

Worked great until I got a different Internet provider, lost connection and haven't been able to reconnect until today, a month later. I found a workaround, I was able to link my grill back to the app by skipping the WiFi setup, as long as the Bluetooth is enabled I'm able to use the app again to see my temperature and probe temps. Hope that information helps someone.

Same experience as others: app flashes/crashes multiple times before you can select your grill and get started. Continues to crash throughout the cook. Extremally unstable. I lost the grill connection weeks ago and the app can't find it again even though its connected to both Bluetooth and WiFi. Nexgrill support: stop with the BS "we'll take a look into this for you" response. Thats not going to help and you know it. FIX.THE.APP.

We also recommend making sure you have the most recent version of the app installed, as well as deleting and reinstalling the app.
