About this app

HelsaMi is an entrance to digital health services. It is available to you who are a patient or user of municipal health and care services in Central Norway and to relatives. In HelsaMi, you can, among other things, see appointments, have a dialogue with health personnel and gain access to information from your own patient record.

Everyone over the age of 16 who is a patient or user at hospitals, municipalities and GPs who use the medical record solution The health platform has an automatic user. You log in easily and securely with BankID. The first time you log in, you must accept the terms of use.

There are many services you can access through HelsaMi, for example:

See appointments, change and book in some cases
Get access to medical record information, an overview of diagnoses, allergies, vaccines and medicines
Write to healthcare professionals and get answers in the app / web solution
Video consultations
Overview of test results
Participate in research
Give access to relatives or see the records of those who have given you a power of attorney

What you see in the app depends on whether your municipality and the GP are included in the Health Platform. All the hospitals come with, very first out is St. Olavs.

HelsaMi also has customized solutions for patients who have a great need for health care, such as the chronically ill.
