The GLOBUG app is a handy way to manage your GLOBUG prepay electricity account. The GLOBUG app allows you to view your account balance, Top-up your account with your Debit/Credit card or Internet Banking, see an estimate of how many days of power are remaining and to see how much you are spending on power; by day, week or month.

Absolutely useless app, always having problems with power going off even when have over $20 credit, problems with notifications and problems with pretty much everything to do with this app, can't reconnect through app or it's always saying connecting even when it already has..rubbish. seriously considering changing power co because of always getting disconnected and having to wait hours sometimes for power to come back on.

I experience the same problem all the time with this app. When power has disconnected and i top up. The option to reconnect is not available on the app, then I have to ring and cant do it on phone automatically it always takes me through to a representative. It's like the app is not keeping up. It is quite frustrating because I would prefer to just do things via the app as previously. Must say, haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling again?! Would that maybe help?

This app is from the cave man days!! I wasted credit on my mobile ringing for help on why I never received text notifications for low power balance, which was never actually done. I had then spent 3 days trying to figure out HOW to sort it out MYSELF. For anyone who needs to sort that out, you HAVE to sign into globug on your WEB BROWSER, not the app and you have the option there. The app is useless, the only thing it does is top up via credit card.
