This 3.0.1 update is absolutely useless on my phone. The NFC function required 20 attempts to read my card, never an issue with the old app. Once I finally got the card read, the UI was extremely hard to use as it was spread out too far. For example I couldn't see the buttons after picking a top up amount. I couldn't see the pin entry, hidden by the keyboard. Signing in, the prompt for password was hidden under the keyboard. It kept complaining about the connection, on Lambton Quay. Fail!

The new update is dreadful. It constantly gives errors when topping up your card, telling me there is a problem with my card. You have to close the app entirely for it to scan your card again to add the top up. It's much slower as well, especially with the additional pop-ups. Everyone I know has had issues with this new app.

To have a company tell you over a series of years why some aspects of their online service have become limited due to the rebuilding of their site. Now? You're promoting an upgrade but now what I can do with my account and registered cards has all but been taken away. Useless. They're a business, sure. But shouldn't some of their considerations be about us than a sliding bar, creating a second way to pay next to the one, the one less problematic, that has always been there. Come on guys.
