Pretty confusing / unintuitive UI that seems to be part app, part website link collection. Hard to use the messaging system and almost impossible to usefully navigate for any clear outcome. Needs some serious redesign based on user journeys, use cases of real customer value rather than disparate / disjointed inch-pebble stories

This app is so unclear and unintuitive. I have no idea where to find any of my details or plans and despite having an auto renew on it has failed to renew for the last 4 months. It takes hours to make a single change. Considering how much profit you made last year spark there is no excuse for this joke of an app

usually takes money straight out of my account when the payment is due other months it doesn't do it then I'm left with the overdue bill. Some months it will pay it out from my account or some months they don't take it out and I get a phone call to remind me to pay on the due date. no consistency in this app or network
