This app is now basically useless. It was bad when they removed the arrivals at the nearest stop. Now they remove the ability to set your favorite stops. I can't believe they sought any input from riders. They have put back real time arrivals but for the last 4 days I can't get any arrival information. Too bad they don't have an IT department you could contact.

Once you get used to it, the overhauled app is more functional than the old version. It's the connection to the servers that's spotty: currently, the actual arrival times of buses is far out of sync with that the app reports, when it reports anything at all (at the time of this review, li e location and route schedules have been down for 2 days).

The new upgrade to this app is fantastic! It works so much better than the older version, that it's basically an entirely new app. You can find bus routes to your destination, locate nearby bus stops, see bus arrival times, and while on the bus, it will even notify you when your planned stop is coming up. If your trip requires multiple buses, the app will show you the routes, and inform you what bus stop you need to transfer at. Highly recommended if you regularly travel by bus!
