They should just discontinue the app, there's never any jobs.

Hi there and sorry about this inconvenience. Can you send an email to support@lionbridge.com with the errors you are getting and also how often you are being prompted to enter your credentials?
The version you should see in the settings page within the app should be 1.3.2020042703

Useless. Notifications in app come in long after emails with the same subject - meaning that in almost 100% cases they are missed.
