When it's working properly it's OK. But when it's not, it has glitches that turns everything into negative balances. Usually it will clear up and be fine within an hour or so. Even though we know we don't have a negative balance, it makes us nervous about how easy it can be messed up. We never had this problem before the app was changed. We love banking with one nevada, but it is disheartening to see how quickly and quite honestly frequently that it can appear something has gone horribly wrong

Good app, just very dated. Unable to use my back swipe to get out of the app. Seems a little tedious to navigate the app itself. It comes off as an old 2012 android. The app is capable of being more seamless, smooth, and fluid, but it's a bit stiff to use and cumbersome. Overall, its still decent and gets the job done.

So far I have only had a few issues with not being able to log due to server issues and other issues on the app side. Maybe two times where it was very important to pull up my account info and the app just wouldn't work. It was very frustrating but, I do understand that it isn't always a perfect app but I do like the newer look so far.
