In accordance with the period of the day, start the appropriate training:
1. Translate all thoughts on the image on the screen. Consciousness will strive to think about different things, but these attempts should be stopped, thinking that now you are looking at the display and nothing more.
2. Look at the center of the display. As you practice, the sense of control over time will manifest itself so that you will notice every phrase on the screen as if time has stopped. No need to try to catch the phrase - it will come by itself over time.
3. Different training is designed for a different amount of time, which does not exceed ten minutes. Strive to protect yourself from the outside world at this time. No one should disturb you.
