Does not work well. Sometimes it gets stuck at the title screen. At other times it takes a long time to load a ticket. There are also many error messages when pending tickets in order to activate them. I'm worried that the app will not work when there is a ticket check on the bus. ADDITION: While I appreciate the answer below, it does not seem correct. Today, the app told me that I need to be connected to the internet to activate a ticket.

Gentile utente, si assicuri che abbia buona connettività ad Internet al momento dell'apertura dell'app. Se si trova in una zona con scarso segnale di rete mobile,è preferibile mettere il cellulare in modalità aereo e dopo avviare l'app,potrà visualizzare il Qrcode di titoli attivi o attivare titoli di viaggio precedentemente acquistati. Awful app slow as hell half of the time doesn't even have the serials for the tickets and when it does u need to put the same data every time, Update after most recent update. Somehow this app became even worse, yes it's more nice to look at but now it takes forever to do anything. It goes on a loading animation for any click in the app even on a new phone over a good connection. And even tho now it saves your location it still asks where do u wanna go to and from where witch makes no sense.

The recent upgrade blocked me because my German phone number was too long to be recognised as valid. I sent an email to support at 6am and at 12 I received a phone call from Roberta, who was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem in a couple of minutes. I work for a software company, and I am pleased in the rare occasions when support solves problem via direct access to competent and efficient expert.
