The I DECLARE app is a convenient way for travelers to estimate and declare purchases made abroad, anytime, anywhere.
Travelers can pay duties and taxes at the earliest 48 hours before their arrival in Polynesia. Once the payment has been made, travelers are informed by email and can download the receipt from the JE DECLARE application.
When stopped for checks, travelers can show electronic receipts on their mobile device or printed paper receipts as proof of payment.
