nice and simple user interface. some issues using it though: 1. delivery status doesn't update automatically. had to log out and relaunch the app just to get updates. 2. app doesn't use the 'saved locations' at all when arranging a pick up. 3. not an app issue but more service-related. riders need more training in understanding instructions. my experience was that the rider went straight to the landmark expecting that it was the exact pick up location.

The riders are polite and professional. They are helpful and friendly. The app, while it has a nice UI, the functions are a but of a pain. You are unable to see the progress of the delivery in the map because it only records the the critical.points such as where the rider was when he accepted the booking, when the item was picked up, and when it gets delivered. It would be very nice to see the rider in the map real time.Also, after booking a delivery, the transaction gets removed from your scree

We use this app because it's the cheapest, plus it's the only one that is able to consistently deliver to our location which is pretty remote and doesn't often show up on maps. So yeah, we use it out of neccessity. But the QoL functions are virtually non-existent. The biggest issue for me is: it always assumes I'm the sender. Why can't I be the recipient? (Which I always am, btw). I have to MANUALLY input my location ALL OF THE TIME. IT'S SUCH A HASSLE!
