"ATIMO" is the first mobile application for issuing Electronic Waybills (EPL) in compliance with all legal requirements. The service is already available in 20 regions of the Russian Federation and in more than 100 accredited partner locations,

At partner release points, drivers can independently undergo a pre-trip medical examination at a modern telemedicine terminal, as well as undergo a pre-trip technical examination from certified mechanics. The inspection takes no more than 5 minutes, and the waybill will cost less than drinking coffee!

After inspections at the point, an EPD with a dynamic QR code will be generated automatically and downloaded from the EPD GIS. Additionally, a printed form of the waybill in PDF format, certified by the necessary UKEP, will be available in the application.
