The program is designed to account for tools and equipment in construction and assembly, clearing companies, hotels, restaurants and cafes, and any other types of business. It allows you to introduce personal responsibility of employees for the issued tools. The program is extremely easy to use.
The program has a list of tools and a list of employees. All actions are recorded using three types of documents.
1. Receipt of tools - records the fact of purchase and issuance of the tool to the employee.
2. Disposal of tools - fixes the fact of write-off and/or decommissioning of the tool.
3. Transfer of tools - records the transfer of tools from one employee to another.
Convenient reports allow you to track the history of transfers of a particular tool from employee to employee. It is also easy to get information about which tools are listed for a particular employee. The summary reports on the receipt and disposal of instruments show how many instruments were purchased and written off during the selected period of time.
