To begin operation the user must be registered in Rosselhoznadzor systems (Mercury and Vetis.API system) and register when "Taxcom Vetis" at https://vetis.taxcom.ru/
Appendix "Taxcom Vetis" is designed to work with electronic veterinary accompanying documents.
The mobile application allows the subscriber to the service "Taxcom Vetis' view, put out and execute the accompanying veterinary documents in the state information system" Mercury ".
With the mobile app, you can:
• view a list of veterinary accompanying documents
• view a list of documents grouped on the vehicle and the bill of lading,
• search the QR-code veterinary certificate or grouped list of certificates
• mass extinguish certificates on the invoice or the vehicle,
• partially take part (to issue a refund to the supplier), and indicate discrepancies in veterinary accompanying documents
• execute outgoing veterinary accompanying documents,
• view the remains of the product in stock.
