About this app

There is the only Answering Machine for Android that REALY TALKS to the line during a phone call. You can take incoming calls, record voice messages, enter tone dialing, and answer all of this with pre-recorded voice phrases or beeps using Java script program.

The versions of the Application are used to increase the difficulty level:
Demo - A classic telephone answering machine with ready-made phrases. Simple interface
Home - A classic telephone answering machine with the ability to record your own phrases. Simple interface
Pro - Used 10 ready-made scripting programs and the ability to create new ones. Built-in Java compiler. Sophisticated interface for advanced users.
Expert - You can create your own or modify the language of Java scripting programs by editing the language syntax file (in the current simplified version of the language there are only 160 lines). Very sophisticated interface for advanced users. In a telephone conversation, a special adapter is used, which is inserted into the headphone jack. Without an adapter, the application will not talk in line. Take out the adapter - it becomes a regular phone, insert the adapter - the phone turns into an answering machine. To quickly check whether the application is working or not, you can use a regular headset, you just need to attach the left channel headphone to the microphone with tape. The sound will be worse than with the adapter.

Unfortunately, on some models the telephone application may not work properly. In this case, just uninstall the Application and accept my apology for the inconvenience. But in 90% of cases, users simply did not read the description, and poked the wrong buttons. Spend 5 minutes so you don’t end up in a “not working” position when in fact you were one step away from success. If it didn’t work on one phone model, you can try on another.

The application requires four Permissions. You must understand that if you do not agree, the Application will not be able to work correctly:
Memory - access to internal, external memory and SD-card (files must be stored).
Microphone - audio recording (necessary for voice recording).
Contacts - access to contacts (needed to determine the name of the subscriber by number).
Phone - receiving data about an incoming call.

There are no ready-made phrases in the Appendix except answering.java, all phrases need to be voiced. After pressing the Record button and an audio signal, speak loud and clear - phrases will be highlighted automatically and then repeated. The threshold can be changed in the settings.

In Android, you cannot programmatically pick up the handset, so you must set the mode to “Pick up automatically when using the headset”. It is in almost all phones. If you do not have this mode, then the Application will not be able to work correctly.

installed successfully, run app, loaded sample and it does not work... tried a bunch of other things (with headset and without), nothing worked. what a crippled demo... uninstalling now...

I have read the Manual properly. Nothing ever works here. Illegible illiterate interface. Illegible illiterate manual. If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

I have tried to make audio jack... But it's not working properly... Is there any way else to get the solution..
