Useless app. They just need to say we have an app but they actually do nothing but closing you requests without resolving and and encourage sellers and markets to continue cheating and deceiving customers.

The app is only in Arabic. By changing the language to English only the main menu changes but the submenus used to launch complaint is still in Arabic.

As usual with their Apps. Yo won't be able to submit your complaint until you attach photos for documents. The stupid thing is that the app is not allowing your phone to take photos or to attach saved ones. They try to avoid anything that can help or support the users.
