The bikes are not getting unlocked every other time and fiddling with the sensor doesn't help. If your bike glitched, you can't even start the journey on another one until you call support to unlock it. And it wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't for the support working only during business hours. With such glitchy bikes it became too frustrating to use it, I'll have to switch to another provider.

awful app. regularly faulty. should be used to save time but usually doesn't save me time at all as it won't let me finish the journey. I've been using it for about a year and it's never improved as of August 2025.

It's a very nice service. But it's becoming more unreliable. A friend that I cycled with, got logged out in the middle of the trip and couldn't log in with the roaming mobile internet because the app block listed that operator. We finally got it working by sharing my mobile internet to her phone. 20 mins of frustration and waste of time for both of us.
