About this app

With tap of a finger, you can make a reservation for all reservation available destinations and trains and you can make payments with various payment options. The app enables you to make reservations for 1st class, observation saloon, 2nd class, 3rd class for both one-way and return journeys within a few simple steps. Reserved ticket can be collected from the nearest mTicketing service enabled railway station by providing ticket reference number with your NIC or passport in advance.

Should develop the algorithm of seat selection. For example, if a group of people who wants to book their tickets they may choose 2, 3, 4, 5 passengers at a time. When they book the seats, the seat number should be awarded in a consecutive order. But instead of that, the system found in this application randomly chooses seat number and reserves it for us. It is a ver bad bug for a seat reservation app. It can be solved by providing a GUI to the users to select their desired seats. Please solve.

What a disappointment. Best case scenario is severe incompetence, worst case scenario is outright fraud. The app can't complete a simple registration, saying 'service not reachable' when I try. Meanwhile, through the website I booked and payment went through. But I have received no ticket info to my phone or email. It's straight up fraud.

Worst App.. I booked tickets to depart on 29/10/2022. Then, when I go to the booking history, the departure date was changed to 28/10/2022. When I ask the railway they said that they can not do anything. They asked me to cancel the tickets and reserve new tickets again. Railway refund only 50%. This is how these institutions loot people money. If you cannot provide solution to a customer in case of a technical error. Then, don't intiate this type of things.
