Ratings and reviews

Really love this app it has been extremely helpful as a new parent. However, I am experiencing some functionality issues that I wish to be resolved. Unable to open up and access the daily activities, I receive an error message that I do not have network when I clearly do (it used to work fine before, not sure what has changed). I am also not able to open up the e-books that I bought anymore, where a few weeks back, I was able to open and read the e-books. Hope this gets resolved quickly 😥.

The same problems as all the other bad reviews (please see - have literally seen all these reveiws) - app itself is amazing as a concept when it works and for record keeping WOW, but *daily play activities keep saying that I don't have Internet when I clearly do (streaming services etc working without a hitch) *I changed to a new phone and now it doesn't want to open to my paid version (took the annual option) *have reported the issues and no problem solving as yet

The app just automatically renewed my subscription for another year, even though I can't use the app since my baby is already 14 months old. I literally paid unknowingly for a product I can't use - while Parentsense newborn app is knowingly only catering for up to 12 months. Zero customer service via the app or email.
