After initial hiccup with the activation code I contacted the tech support. The reply came in minutes - on Sunday(!). The issue was resolved. The content is good. The only advice I'd give to the users is to make sure you have a good Internet coverage in the area or download content beforehand. What helps is that audio content is duplicated in text.

Jagging audio, also downloading the audio tours didn't work very well. It has to do with the connection, but I think the makers of the app could make this work a little better.

Good app. Allows you to download content offline. Clear and well categorised. But the information given is very superficial and highly descriptive. A good app, but if your visit is precious, I'd recommend a much more knowledgeable audio guide.
