I have tried to use the application to simplify sending packages online. But it's even worse with it. First of all I got an error when I tried to create a second package. And the error was like code snippet, not the user friendly error. I could not do anything. Secondly, when I create packages online and pay for it, I need to print all the documents by myself. I don't have a printer at home, I need to go to the city and look for it. is it so hard to print it for post workers? Awful experience

Although I can phonetically read Cyrillic, my knowledge Russian is ochin ploxo! The app needs a built-in choice to select another language. In my case, English. Also, I tried tracking on the Ukrposhta website, which directs that I enter the tracking number, then push the "Track" button. There's no such button on the site.
