The O2 app that allows you to view & pay your mobile bills and take control of your mobile data allowance usage.

Getting away for a well-deserved break doesn’t need to stretch beyond your budget. We cover roaming in our Europe Zone as part of our tariffs. So your data (subject to roaming limit), minutes, and text allowances will work in our Europe Zone, so the sky is the limit of what can be done from your phone, no matter where you are. .

I don't really use the app much, but recently I found it would be more useful if I could see a full breakdown of my airtime charges during current billing period, rather a small selection. It would also be useful to see this information by date or have the day as part of th further information available when you tap on a specific call. All I get is the blue wheel of death. So potentially useful, but needs more work.

Switched from Virgin (no choice) and the app wouldn't allow me to log in with the details O2 provided, kept saying invalid details. Trying to reset the password was like accessing a bank vault. Got there eventually. This process was very difficult and time consuming. On finally accessing the app I find it too busy, I just want to know how much allowance I have, what is left and what it costs. Also it never shows my data/call/sms usage, well maybe once. It keeps showing as 0. Rubbish

Never used to have any problems with using this app. Now, it seems somebody, somewhere, has messed it up. When I try to access something like my previous data usage or other info similar, I get an "oops, somethings gone wrong message". It's become so limited it's almost useless. If not for the basic information about my tariff, I'd put 1 star.
