The O2 app that allows you to view & pay your mobile bills and take control of your mobile data allowance usage, including eSIM functionality.

Getting away for a well-deserved break doesn’t need to stretch beyond your budget. We support roaming in our Europe Zone as part of our tariffs. So your data (subject to roaming limit), minutes, and text allowances will work in our Europe Zone, so the sky is the limit of what can be done from your phone, no matter where you are, even with an eSIM.

Access exclusive special offers, discover great rewards and shop for new accessories and mobile devices, including eSIM-enabled ones. Sign into your account safely and securely to access bills support, check personal details and to add a data Bolt On.

The Feel Good Shopping feature gives you access to online discounts and deals at more than 40,000 retailers. Powered by Kindred and using the Accessibility Permissions on your Android phone to examine the URLs you are visiting, Feel Good Shopping makes it easier to support vital sustainability initiatives.

Terrible, the user experience has always been very bad but now it's worse! Recently I stopped being able to see any bills within the app! I've reinstalled and I can't log in, the change password link just never arrives to my email! For such a large corporation this is just unbelievable! Having a standard decent working app appears possible by everyone apart from O2!!

I've uninstalled this app. It's just broken. Nothing about it works except the bits trying to sell you things, which says it all really. I'm seriously regretting changing to O2. I moved because my Internet is with Virgin, but the mobile plan has been disaster after disaster. The coverage isn't even that good. I'll be going back to Vodafone after this. The perk for being with O2 as well isn't worth it.

App keeps inflating usage on unlimited data plans by 100x (saying I've used 8959GB when I've used around 88.5GB). I'm not sure if this is because it's an ex-VM plan (unlimited data for £7.37). Is this intentional? App works fine to check usage, although it's not as easy to use as My Virgin Media was (before I moved to O2, it worked very well to control my 2GB for £6.79 plan).
