HEiDi - The help app for emergency services is a free app kit for emergency workers and specialists for everyone who cares for and cares for people in unforeseen situations in a voluntary or full-time context.

HEiDi is designed as a modular support system for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of operations: A digital helper for the (operational) pocket with brief instructions on operation scenarios and digital tools such as operation documentation, checklists and material management.

Note: In addition to the "HEiDi basic package (PSNV-B)" and the "HEiDi basic manual (PSNV-B)", users can also create their own packages and manuals for themselves or their respective group in the HEiDi web editor and download them free of charge install on your mobile phone.
