Ratings and reviews

For the last few months Clubcard Points don't reflect. No details or history either. To me this makes the app useless. I might just as well uninstall this app. Clicks cashiers are clearly aware of this when I mention it, but Clicks doesn't bother fixing well known issues on their system and app.

I tried to do an order on my laptop but kept getting an error message that the billing address was incorrect. The form on the website did not accept any changes (the address was OK). I phoned customer service on 23 Aug - the operator said she would enter the address for me on her side and I could order in an hour. I couldn't. Today, I had the same problem. I had to insist that I have a normal IQ and can actually navigate websites. After insisting, a fault was logged.

I can't even log in or create a new account. Every time I try, I get a message that displays 'Your request can't be processed at this moment' I did uninstall the app and re-installed it multiple times. I even tried to log in through their website, and I received the same message.
