Every time app update. All my ntuc link connections are gone. Then, after many moon of trying, they managed to link up via many pain. Next thing you know in a few days' time, They update the app again. Then, the whole story comes around again.

Sucks big time. The app needs to be updated, and after update, can't even log in. Tried all 3 methods and kept coming back to the same login page. Please make sure the system and app are workable!!!! Zero star is I can give that rating!!!

It used to be working fine. But now after updating, login is an issue and even if initial login is successful, the app is unresponsive to touches or users get logged out. After reinstalling, login issues return. A frustrating user and grocery shopping experience as a result. The old adage comes to mind, don't fix what is broken. Gradual and incremental changes are welcome but this user experience sure is not.
