The BRZ-PORTAL app offers you a simple and convenient way to access personnel-related data. There is always full control and insight into pay slips, DEUEV notifications, wage tax certificates or other documents (e.g. A1 certificates) and notifications from the HR department.
The BRZ-PORTAL app also serves as a personal archive. Downloading documents to your smartphone or tablet in PDF format is of course just as possible as sharing them via message, email or saving them in your personal cloud.
The BRZ-PORTAL app offers a condensed representation of all fee and reporting-relevant documents and a convenient overview of all important figures. You can switch from the summarized to a detailed view at any time or, if necessary, call up the respective original documents.
You also have the option of submitting your holiday application electronically and sick leave can also be made digitally. The associated AU can be uploaded as a file from the smartphone or as an instant photo from the app. For the various absences, we provide you with a clear calendar that quickly shows where you have already planned holidays, were ill or where the federal state you have set has the public holidays and school holidays.
You will be informed immediately via push notification when, for example, a new payslip is available or vacation has been approved.
Of course, the highest security criteria when using the BRZ-PORTAL app guarantee the protection of your sensitive data. Access is always SSL-encrypted and the app can only be used on your smartphone if it is protected with a code and/or biometrics.
