This little app is designed To calculate the potential for dew formation on
Optical equipment at night, such as telescopes and binoculars. Most weather apps will give the temperature and Relative Humidity (RH) for any given time. Using this data, one can calculate the likelihood of the ‘dewpoint’, that situation in which condensation will form. Simply enter the forecast temperate and humidity, and from that the Dewpoint temperature will be returned. As long as the air temperature is GREATER than the dewpoint temperature, condensation will not form.
NEW:This update now includes facility to choose either Fahrenheit or Celsius scale. Also an instructions for use screen and a 'Rationale' screen describing why this type of app is needed for more accuracy in your chosen location.

Very good easy to use. Here is a suggestion: add an interpretation of the dew point results. For example, a certain dew point range could be interpreted as "comfortable", a higher dew point range could be interpreted as "uncomfortable", an even higher dew point range could be interpreted as "intolerable", etc.

Thank you for your interest, nicr review, and sugestions. I have considered them, discussed with friends and have come to the conlusion that the 'comfort' level is very subjective. What is bad for one might well be ,'Comfortable' for another. But I am bearing it in mind, an in a future update may include a littke data of this kind.

Simple, basic interface does its job. No frills. Not tested mathematics yet.

Many thanks, much appreciated. Any suggestions would be welcome. Glad it works. Thanks for the 5 star review. Results are usually within 1 degree depending on wind chill which has not been factored. An updated version will include facility for wind chill data, if known, to be added.
