Forced to download the app to be able to pick up my package. The thing is, the app is not working well. Lately I didn't receive any notification containing pick up code. I have to manually contact the CS. I also tried to check out the "pop send" menu, and guess what, there was a pop up message say "something went wrong". Something definitely does, which is the app! Next time forcing people to download an app, PLEASE make sure the app is working well. I'm happy with just SMS/WA notification :(

The customers are forced to use this popbox. There is no notification when the packages arrive and we are given a very short period to take our packages before they charges us per day! Can you imagine after we pay for the delivery fee, we also have to pay to take our package. It's ridiculous and unfair for us, esp when we didn't ask to put our package in the popbox. They should fix the notification system and their business model. Shame on you!!!!

App not user friendly. No instruction on how to get the pincode. Have to waste time to get it from the CS. Then when want to collect, i have to pay to retrieve when i did not asked for my parcel to be put in the lockers. Tried making payment but the qr code doesn't work so I'm stuck there for almost some minutes to make payment but still not able to. Contact the CS but super slow response. In the end, the courier guy that delivered thru popbox came by and collected the parcel for me. π€―
