ALWAYS FACING ISSUES WITH THIS APP. 1. Glitches: When login in sometimes my account balance doesn't show up, so I refresh or reopen the app. 2. CURRENTLY, when login in the app none of the buttons work. I clicked on the accept or login button but its not taking me to the next page. I thought it was an internet issue but my internet is fine. so i uninstall the app and reonstall it and i'm facing the same issue!! I can't do any bank transfers on the app if the app isn't working.

So I set up a large bpay transaction which was approved using the security app, then denied on the day because it exceeded the daily limit. I had completely forgotten about the limits - that's on me. However, it would be good if there were an alert should a transaction exceed the daily limit, especially when the security app has been used for the code to authorise the transaction. Alternatively, I guess I could simply set up a separate bank account with the bank my credit card is from.

App useless because it won't allow me to add any of my existing accounts to it. Moved from IPhone to android and have been trying to set up my banking apps again, which all worked fine previously. Suncorp forces you to add your accounts individually, they're not auto-populated on login. Every time I try to add an existing product, I am prompted to login again and then the app errors out saying 'we are experiencing a technical error please try again later.' It's been doing this for 6 weeks.
