Ombudsman 156 is the communication channel between the Municipality of Maringá and the taxpayer, with which he can do the following:
- complaints about poor service, in the area of health, wasteland, bus line and others.
- Requests for tree removal, public lighting repairs,
- discounts for fines served and others.
- Suggestions for the benefit of the municipality.
- Praise for attendance or services performed.
- Communicate to the City Hall about the service received.
