Like another review says, this does work, you fire it up, hit the download arrow, it presents a list of all apps on your phone, you tap the app, and it creates an .apk to your chosen folder. However there a pile of apps on my phone that this app doesn't present in the list (esp the one I'm trying to back up!). Can't find them by name or any other way. Where are they? Thanks.

Despite some strange reviews, it does what it claims to do, which is to place the APK files for your apps into your Download folder. It does NOT claim to download anything from elsewhere. Unfortunately (as far as I'm concerned) like all the others I've looked at so far, it has no Batch Mode, which makes it difficult to do this with a large number of files (I have well over a hundred apps installed).

Works again with v40! Thanks :-) --- my old review, prior to v40: The app cannot access the download directory, even when changing it in the settings. I'd assume it's a missing permission and the failure is new to Android 10. I was doing the job with Android 9, though. Hope the author will find time to fix it, as it deserves a much better rating. Thanks!

Hi Frederic, thanks for your review; I wouldn't have known this was occurring without it. I've added a temporary workaround to get it to work for Android 10 in the latest version (v40). A more permanent fix will be added in the next version when I figure out how to use the SAF APIs. Thanks again.
