The Catholic Public Domain Version is a new translation of the Latin Vulgate, made using the Challoner Douay Rheims version as a guide.

The Catholic Public Domain Version (CPDV) is intended to be an accurate, modern English, public domain version of the Bible, which is freely and widely available in electronic form, including over the internet.

Amazing. I just have 2 pieces of constructive criticism 1. A search button. So I can search a phrase or a word. 2. I understand the page layout where you flip the page if you want to see more verses, but you should add the ability to scroll. For example, if I'm on proverbs chapter 1, I would enjoy the app more if I could scroll all the way to the end of chapter 1, AND THEN hit next so I could go to the next chapter.

I love that you can set bookmarks, but there's one feature missing for me to give it 5 stars, and that would be being able to highlight and make personal notes on passages that you have trouble understanding or want to analyse more. However, you can easily just do so on a seperate notes app or on paper, so it's really not a big issue. Over all, easy to read, understandable, and a great app for those who want to be able to read the scripture wherever they go! ^^

Beautifully done! Easy to navigate, easy to read. The language is very easy to understand. No annoying adverts! Not alot of Bible apps have these qualities. I might miss the highlighting aspect but the fun of flipping pages more than makes up for that. And the book marking is very easy to do. You can navigate back and forth between the script and the bookmarks by just a click. This is the best Bible app version I have come across so far. Am in love with it.
