Tuxi is the first app entirely designed and developed in Switzerland thanks to which it will be possible to reserve a taxi.

Thanks to Tuxi, the user will in fact be able to book a taxi for an immediate ride rather than for a future ride. All in maximum autonomy, simplicity and safety. After registering, you will need to indicate your position (by activating the geolocation function) and it will then be possible to proceed with the booking of a ride, by typing in the address which can eventually be saved in your favorites to speed up the steps the next time you use the app.

To guarantee the highest quality of service, Tuxi offers the possibility to choose between different categories of vehicle choosing from the Standard, Exclusive, Van and Van Plus options. Once the starting and destination address has been selected, you will be asked with which type of vehicle you want to travel. Immediately, for any category of vehicle available, it will be possible to know how many minutes the taxi takes to reach the customer as well as the cost and time of the journey to accompany the customer to their destination. We will then proceed with the payment and from the moment the taxi accepts the ride, it will be possible to monitor its position. It will also be possible to communicate with the driver thanks to a dedicated chat for each single journey, at the end of which he will be asked to evaluate the service.

In addition to immediate trips, the Tuxi platform provides the possibility of booking future trips in complete autonomy, offering the customer the possibility to plan his trips. In fact, he will be able to plan his trips knowing immediately who will be the driver dedicated to him and will be able to get in touch with him through the chat. the customer will be able to provide important information relating to the trip and will also have the possibility, within 24 hours prior to the start of the service, to cancel it without any penalty.

Thanks to Tuxi, both individuals and companies will have the opportunity to organize their travels through the most innovative platform on the market today.
