I've been a product tube member for years and have found it to be helpful to supplement during holiday seasons as a side gig. From the time of video to payout can take up to a week and the app is slow to load - sometimes I have to refresh multiple times to get ulan updated list of available projects, but they do pay out and it's not time consuming, so it works when I want it to work.

I truly love this app, but have to give it 3 stars. The app is glitchy. I have to restart my phone to see if I've been rewarded. Rewards use to come within 1-2 days of video submission, and now, it can take 7-10 days or longer. I write in to check the status because in the "All" category, it just shows the videos as "Rewarded" or "Closed". There are no status updates, and even if you recorded the task number, you cant look it up. I'd love to see changes made so I can give PT 5 stars!!

Love ProductTube. Though there are some hiccups in between the pays and submission days, it's yet the best app I have come across. Only one thing I would wish is that hopefully they might share a instructional videos for 3D and AR videos. I can never perform AR or 3D videos correctly. It just irritates me because i am sure there are many people like me struggling and we can't find an instructional video online. 😢
