The September 2025 update has problems. When I tried to place a simple order for collection, I keep receiving an error to "Resolve basket issues" and it won't let me complete check out. Considering I have used the older version of the app for more than 3 years without problems, this update is very disappointing. The search functionality, which tries to update as I type a search term, is not great. Please consider a search function which isnt updating while the first word is being typed.

This new update is absolutely shocking!! It won't allow me to check out claiming I need to resolve cart issues first. There are absolutely no cart issues. This whole update is the worst experience ever. We actually have given up on 3 separate occasions and gone elsewhere. I have sent a complaint to Nandos, but no feedback , nor has the issue been fixed.

The app forces you to order a drink since it's required even when you choose an option without a drink. It also won't let you choose cash on delivery and lost the option for choosing card machine. just keeps saying payment failed It also tried to force you to accept location
