A fantastic RPG for mobile. Once you get past the steep difficulty curve and get used to the UI that can be a little clunky, it's a very addictive game with plenty of content to keep you busy.

Such an amazing job! The original Gurk series is imo one of the best mobile phone RPGs of all time, and it's awesome to see this developer picking up the open-source Gurk engine and using it to build out a unique experience. I love that it was largely based around Slavic mythology instead of the usual elf/dwarf/etc fantasy archetypes. I'm eagerly hoping for a sequel!

Hello Richard, thank you for the inspiring review! The Gurk series is still my favourite mobile game, I wish there were more like those (maybe with a bit more narrative). It’s great to hear you liked the slavic influence, the sequel in the making is set in the deeper regions where the old ways are still more prominent. Best regards, Adam

I have a few minor gripes with frequency of random encounters and the graphics but overall an excellent game, highly recommend for any 8bit RPG fans. Lots of superb little touches like the quest wrap up post game and the little in game dialogues to add a touch of colour to the experience.

Hello Mike, thank you for giving Bylina a chance after Kyen! Appreciate your feedback about encounter frequency, I already have an interesting idea how to tailor this to different player expectations. Best Regards, Adam
