"Asza-SVILS 2.0" is an application that the Association of Deaf People of Zaragoza and Aragon (ASZA) makes available to deaf people who have requested sign language interpretation services. If they so wish, these services can be provided remotely through a video interpretation service. This enables ASZA to provide a greater number of interpretation services within its autonomous community by eliminating the travel time that sign language interpreters routinely have to spend for these types of services. This facilitates deaf people's access to in-person services from both public authorities and private entities, guaranteeing them equal opportunities and personal autonomy in their daily lives.
This app has been conceived and designed for use on smartphones and tablets with Android 4.X or higher operating systems that have a front-facing camera.
Using the "Asza-SVILS" app requires an internet connection, either through a 3G/4G/5G data connection or a Wi-Fi connection.
To use the app, you must first register as a user of the SVIsual service (http://www.svisual.org), have requested a reservation from ASZA (through the usual channels)
for the service, and have received confirmation of the reservation.
