Was working fine, updated before Christmas, now it won't open at all. Crashes immediately. Edit: I emailed customer service through their website. They responded quickly and let me know an update was being released. They emailed again on release, and the update appears to have resolved the problem.

The performance has deteriorated over the past month of use. After force closing and then restarting the app it fails to load. When dropping off my kid I have to restart the app about 10 times to finally get to the sign in page, at which point it carafes immediately afterwards.

Hello Jared. Sorry to see you are having trouble with the app. We have not heard from any other parent (over 25000) that they are having issues. Sometimes issues can be isolated to a particular phone especially when a new one comes out. We will test the app on the Pixel 6 Pro and provide an update if needed.

Pathetic app. Just have to do one thing.. Sign-in and signout based on geofencing. And it doesn't so that properly. Sign pad doesn't come on, app doesn't show the status properly if kid is signed in/out. I can sign in multiple times and won't know if it worked.

hi Varun, that's good feedback. There should be a way for parents to tell their child has been signed in or signed out. We are working on this and will release a version soon. Stay tuned. Thanks.
