I couldn't sign up! It fail but I was putting it I wish this would be free and not using the log in ugh

This app took hundreds of dollars from our account because no one could help us cancel our subscription! We contacted the support for the app, and they said we didn't have a subscription to cancel, but every month, we were still being charged! Google Play also said they could not find the account, so we finally had to file a dispute through PayPal. Hopefully, we will no longer be paying money to this app, and we are hopeful to get at least a few months' reimbursement at this point.

I signed up for a premium subscription. It worked fine for three days the 17th, 18th, and 19th. Today my kids logged on and it was switched to free. Reached out to support and was basically told it wasn't their problem reach out to Google Play or pay again. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!
