In my own experience, I don't like your app. I was smooth sailing with it and not until you had updates. Now it requires a lot of information with no memory of my previous account. Seriously? Plus, it logs you out every single time it requires an update. It requires a lot of verification since the account is not under my name. My God! I'm just trying to see my bill!

Great app. Easy Billings system which are convenience for us user. Knowing earlier our accountable after reading bill per month within 24hrs I can receive fully amount, consumption and other information related to electric used. Highly recommend to everyone or to all my neighbors to used this apps for your fast and safety billings. God bless to all consumer.

I like that this app make it easier to access bills. HOWEVER, I don't like the fact that surcharge reflects on the total in home page in the app since it is confusing given that it doesn't match the actual total billing itself. It's not consistent Adding the surcharge in home page is redundant, don't you think? Since, it will be added in the next billing nonetheless. It would be much appreciated if this will be resolved on your next app update.
