Ratings and reviews

The app is down half the time which makes it pointless to use. Google maps ends up being more reliable. It doesn't make sense to only update the ios app and leave the android app unusable. This leaves android users severely marginalized from up to date information. The app is not helpful at all for people who rely on the Blacksburg Transit to navigate the area.

Need lots of work. Clicking on a bus route does not highlight an app. Planning a route through the app is miserable. Does not show if a bus will change routes so you don't know if the bus you are on will switch routes halfway through your trip. I've seen busses switch routes when they leave a time stop not when they get to a bus stop. The app is semi useful for notices and sometimes for knowing where a bus is when it is late if the bus tracking feature works in the first place.

A monkey missing all of their limbs could design a better app. The bus schedules need to have network connectivity even though for a majority of the time they are fixed and take forever to load. The bus tracking almost never works or isn't turned on. The app is slow even though there is little data needed. It will say "No buses are running" when they are. Busses will not show up when the app specifically says they will. I would rate 0 if I could.
