The reviews private here, I'm going to be honest, you can't say I'm hurting the brand if nobody can see it, I'm giving feedback as a customer. With that clear, my feedback: why? You sink funds into an app that NEVER worked while ignoring a near total lack of rewards and the fact the interior feels as soulless as an office in a prison? 500 downloads in 6 month is nothing; there's a real reason nobody's using it. But keep calling it perfect and pushing it on customers, real endearing 🤡
