On pay as you go this app is working 100%. I do however not recommend buying airtime through the app, it sometimes takes too long. Rather buy airtime through your banking app and then use the Cell C app to buy your data, minutes and sms bundles. It works perfectly for me. But as mentioned on PAYG. I was on contract but after it expired I migrated to PAYG and I am so happy now. I control my own usage. My contact was R980pm, I now pay R399 and get even more (tho the handset is mine).

Useless app. Cannot log in. Tells me my password is incorrect and allows me to reset my password with a one time pin. Then gives me the message that the login credentials were incorrect, account locked, I need to reset password again, in a never ending loop. Tried it on 2 numbers, different phones

The app has payfast as a service provider be warned when purchasing anything as twice I have lost the data purchased as it was simply not loaded, my bank gets debited yet cellc and payfast have done nothing to resolve, cellc simply sends auotmated emails and sms no calls as they claim to resolve payfast simply tells tou they deal with the merchant. I so regret upgrading my contract thankfully I get to cancel the second contract in April.
