About this app

Using this app with your ChromaComfort exhaust fan you are able to create a custom personal color ambiance in your bathroom or other humidity-prone rooms.

Control light settings (colored or white) and brightness, set timers, control the fan, or create scenes with your favorite colors, all this is possible with ChromaComfort™ A spa-like experience is only the tap of your screen away via this Bluetooth™ connected App.

Compatible with Broan AER110RGBL, AERN110RGBL, SPK110RGBL, SPKN110RGBL, FG600RGB & FG800RGB for the US. And then AER110RGBLC, AERN110RGBLC, SPK110RGBL, SPKN110RGBL, FG600RGB & FG800RGB for Canada.

Due to app enhancements, if a problem with the app is encountered after upgrading, follow these steps to update your app:
1. Unpair the fan from your phone Bluetooth settings. Note, this is different than disconnecting the fan from your Bluetooth, you must “forget” the device on your phone
2. Uninstall the Chromacomfort app
3. Reinstall the Chromacomfort app from the Google Play Store

Everyone having issues with pairing the control module: Ok, so the instructions say, connect the fan to power, and WITHIN 3 MINUTES, pair the remote module to the fan by pressing and HOLDING the light button for 5 seconds. People do have a point about the delay before the light changes after you change the color. The app could use a little optimization to improve the time it takes to send the lighting update to the unit. Light level changes to 50% when app connects. Can you fix that to 100%?

Thank you for your review regarding the ChromaComfort fan/APP. You are right, the unit has to be paired within 3 minutes of putting power to the housing. If not done, turn power off to the housing & start again. A slight delay is normal with the wireless connection. We will be sure to pass along your feedback to our team!

Bluetooth was working great and now the device can't be found. Yes my Bluetooth is on and can connect to other devices. No I am not trying to connect while connected to other devices. Restarted phone multiple times. Ran a search for a device multiple times. Granted app permissions. The fan and light has power but no such luck finding device and had it for less than 24 hrs

Would be a zero if possible. Horrible product. Worse app. The colors do not work reliably at all. If you want to set a timer for the fan, you need to do so through the app. Pushing the physical button resets this. It also says it requires precise location permission in order to use the product. That is a lie. I can only conclude there trying to gather data to sell to third parties. If you're still within your return window, I highly suggest returning this trash for something better.
