Not a 100% I got the app downloaded and sighed in. When I pause the wifi on my son tablet it works,however when I click unpause it doesn't work, still showing device is offline. And at some point I cannot find the device on the app,I have to be adding it, thus is frustrating.

Flow it's not good ...always getting problems like right now am suppose to get my upgrade today cause my wifi is constantly dropping and no one has reached out to me I had to call not to mention I took time out to accommodate them and nothing...if they continue like this I will switch my provider...another thing as month reach they would like their money OK no problem please provide the same prompt service to us customers ..do better

Not sure what happned tge app was working fine until i had my modem replaced. Apparently the app need to be updated to accomodate the new modems.
